So, the club will now follow a simple & flexible format: $160 total → 3 bottles over 3 months. The price is all inclusive including taxes ($145 + tax = $160. Each month comes to $48/mo, a steal really!).
You’ll receive 1 curated bottle each month, along with notes, perks, and invitations into our growing Sake Noire world.

Sake Adventures: For the curious drinker. Seasonal releases, expressive breweries, and bottles with personality — funky, rare, textured, or just plain surprising.

How to get your bottles
To meet our evolving schedules, the bottles will now be available for a monthly pick-up.
Pick-ups will happen at:
our events
collaborating small businesses
partner community spaces
Locations will be announced at the beginning of each month via email. We want this to feel like a neighborhood sake crawl — supporting friends while picking up your bottle.
If you’re unable to make a scheduled pickup (we get it — life happens), please contact us directly. We’ll hold your bottle through the final announced pickup location so you have multiple chances to grab it at different spots. Any further extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You’ll have to the end of the month to pick up at the various locations!

While the bar comes together, we really miss gatherings with you all! So we’re starting a series of dinner parties for Sake Club members. A nod to a nostalgic show ;)
Hosted at different locations (information distributed via email), these evenings will feature:
a themed tasting menu by Yael
sake pairing curated by Quan
music, conversation, and a convivial table to meet new people and shake off the Seattle freeze
collaborative dinners at different small business spaces
Members will receive first access. Each one will be different — part test kitchen, part listening party, part future Sake Noire energy. You’re not going to want to miss this!
