Viva La Kani! Tuesday April 14th 6-9pm

$115.00

Viva La Kani!
Sake Noire Dinner at Pidgin Cooperative

Join us for a two-night, family-style feast where East Coast seafood nostalgia meets Japanese and Italian flavor. For $115 per person (all-inclusive), we’re serving up a Japanese-Italian crab boil centered around local Dungeness crab. It’s meant to be loud, messy, indulgent, and shared.

We’ll start with pizza crackers for noshing alongside sake, followed by a fry basket of mochi chicken thigh and potato croquettes with Fukuoka-inspired nanban sauce. Then comes the main event: a Dungeness crab boil with half a crab, marble potatoes, charred scallion, corn, shrimp, housemade meatballs, and sausage—plus a side of house giardiniera-style pickles and rice tossed in rich Dungeness crab head butter and scallion. Finish with peaches and cream featuring zabaglione for a light, dreamy landing.

Choose your path: fra diavolo miso (spicy) or garlic butter aonori.
Come feast like you’re seaside…somewhere between the Italian coast and the Seto Inland Sea. Let’s throw back sake and soak in the joy of a big, communal dinner.

Dates: Monday–Tuesday, 4/13–4/14

Location: Pidgin Cooperative 3909 18th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119
Seatings: 6–8 PM
Price: $115 per person ($85 dinner + tax + 20% service)
Drinks: Additional beverages available through Pidgin’s bar
