Sake 101: An introduction to sake. Expect classic styles that help you understand fundamentals — rice polishing, brewing techniques, tasting structure, and food pairings.
Sake Adventures: For the curious drinker. Seasonal releases, expressive breweries, and bottles with personality — funky, rare, textured, or just plain surprising.
How to get your bottles
To meet our evolving schedules, the bottles will now be available for a monthly pick-up.
Pick-ups will happen at:
our events
collaborating small businesses
partner community spaces
Locations will be announced at the beginning of each month via email. We want this to feel like a neighborhood sake crawl — supporting friends while picking up your bottle.
If you’re unable to make a scheduled pickup (we get it — life happens), please contact us directly. Otherwise, we’ll hold your bottle through the final announced pickup location so you have multiple chances to grab it at different spots. Any further extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Every membership helps support the opening of our Hillman City space, which has taken longer than expected, as a true construction cliché. However, we see the Club as an opportunity for you to grow with us — meet our future regulars, taste amazing sake, and become part of the community before the doors even open. And in the spirit of building community, anyone can join the Club at any point! So don’t hesitate to tell your friends!
