Tickets: $60 per person (tax not included, gratuity optional)

Dumpling Type: Classic Pork & Chive to honor the classics for AANHPI Month

Quan’s beloved dumpling parties are popping up at OHSUN! Each event features a rotating dumpling style (boiled or pan-fried), sake pairings, and a warm, communal vibe—just like grandma’s house.

Your Ticket Includes:

- 18 dumplings (12 to enjoy, 6 to take home)

- 3 sake tastings (paired with the day's filling)

- DIY dumpling folding (filling & wrappers provided)

- Free miso soup

- Option to add on Chef Sara's select banchan!

Schedule:

- Arrive on time for intros & your first sake

- Fold dumplings, sip sake, and snack on your creations (first 6 dumplings provided by the house)

- Enjoy optional OHSUN pickles (add-on upon purchasing your ticket!)

- Final sake pour with your homemade dumplings to go
