Jun Iida returns to Seattle on short notice for an intimate, invite-only performance inside Light Sleeper. As the co-founder of Sake x Jazz, Jun has been an integral part of bringing the soul of Japanese jazz bars and the spirit of sake together in a way that feels deeply personal to our community.

For the past two years, Sake x Jazz has been at the forefront of reviving Seattle’s jazz-speakeasy culture — merging sound, storytelling, and sake into evenings that celebrate connection, creativity, and culture. This night is no exception.

We’re honored to welcome you, our closest friends and supporters, to join us for this special evening. Every event like this has helped bring Sake Noire—our future bar and creative home—closer to life. This dinner will be prepared by Chef Yael Silverman, who returns to dish things up alongside the Sake Noire team. Together, we hope to offer an experience that captures the intimacy and vision of what’s to come.

💵 $100 per guest flat – includes dinner(featured above), sake pours(featuring Fifth Taste Sake), and live jazz performance. Additional sake will be available for purchase during the event. No Eventbrite, no fees.
